1. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver perfumes and fragrance products only within India.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines:
Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
Express Delivery: 2–4 business days
Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities for orders placed before 12 PM.
You will receive an SMS/Email tracking link once your order is shipped.
2. Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of perfumes, we accept returns only in the following cases:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received an incorrect item
Conditions for Return:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at emyrbeauty@gmail.com with photos/videos of the issue.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
If approved, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
